Migrate CMS from Contentful to Sanity

We’re planning to move away from Contentful due to recent usage limit changes and increasing cost. Sanity offers a more flexible and developer-friendly experience with structured content, real-time collaboration, and better scalability for our needs. This migration will also streamline our workflows and make content updates easier in the long term.
